The Customer Service Representative fosters, develops, and maintains strong customer relationships by providing a consistent level of service which is timely, thorough, and responsive to all customers and exceeds expectations. Customer service includes face to face interactions, telephone communications, and written correspondences. The CSR provides front line customer service, processes payments, disbursements, and provides general administrative support to the branch. The Customer Service Representative will work with lending staff to strengthen business relationships with agriculture producers, businesses, and professionals within the community and cultivates these relationships to expand lending opportunities.
High School diploma or equivalent required. 3-5 years related administrative support, insurance, credit experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
